Billy Wright Inquiry issues section 19 notice

Lord MacClean, the Chairman of the Billy Wright Inquiry, has issued a section 19 notice prohibiting the publication or disclosure by any person of the evidence given to the Inquiry by witnesses Vince McFadden, Graham Taylor and ACC Alistair Finlay.

The Chairman states in his notice that he considered that if the order were not made, the Inquiry would be in breach of its Article 2 ECHR obligations.
