Richard is a barrister at Landmark Chambers with a mixed practice in public, planning and property law. He has acted in planning and public law matters in the High Court, Court of Appeal, House of Lords and the European Court of Justice and regularly appears in other courts and at planning inquiries. He has a strong academic interest in public law and holds an LLM in Public Law from UCL.
